trying to see your face today
i miss you a little more now
I'm just so far away
if i count the minutes
try and beat the seconds
time still takes me from you
as i write these words

i can picture you in my mind
smiling at me and saying

longing to kiss me
its an aching connected to my soul
but time still steals you from me

Like a raging whirlpool
You don’t know which way to turn
Left of Right? Up or Down?
You can’t hold it in any longer
You open your mouth and out it goes
The horrible sounds....
Of endless sadness
It sounds so far away... I hear it faintly
Until silently, it fades away
And all this time I never realized
It was me against the wind
